Changes to Vessel Track Downloads and Vessel-Level API 4wings Reports

Effective today, vessel track downloads and certain vessel-level API query options have been paused while we review how this data is delivered across our platform.
Map platform
- Vessel track downloads: Direct file downloads from both the map interface and vessel profile pages are temporarily unavailable.
- Map visualizations: All track visualizations remain fully visible and interactive on the map.
- Other features: Vessel search, event detection, area reports, apparent fishing activity and vessel presence layers remain fully operational.
API
- 4Wings report endpoint: The report endpoint no longer supports vessel-level filters, particularly the group-by=MMSI or group-by=VESSEL_ID when spatial-aggregation=false. Requests including these options will return an HTTP 404 error.
- Other endpoints: All other endpoints — including vessels, events, insights, bulk downloads and spatially aggregated reports — are unaffected.
