Si le suivi des navires est une arme puissante contre la p\u00eache ill\u00e9gale, non d\u00e9clar\u00e9e et non r\u00e9glement\u00e9e (INN), le manque de r\u00e9glementations uniformes compromet gravement la gestion des p\u00eaches.
