Parall\u00e8lement, la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/documents1.worldbank.org\/curated\/en\/703181468191040461\/pdf\/103666-BRI-Fisheries-and-Aquaculture-globally-and-in-Africa-Brief-PUBLIC.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hausse continue de la demande en poisson<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, conjugu\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019expansion d\u00e9mographique, accentuera la pression sur les ressources marines jusqu\u2019en 2050.<\/span>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 2%;\">\n \t<li style=\"margin-bottom: 2%; margin-left: 2%;\"><b>Pression li\u00e9e aux activit\u00e9s de p\u00eache \u2013 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019activit\u00e9 soutenue des navires \u00e9trangers dans les eaux africaines pourrait <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.1111\/faf.12436\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accentuer la diminution des stocks halieutiques et restreindre l\u2019acc\u00e8s des communaut\u00e9s locales aux ressources marines<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"margin-bottom: 2%; margin-left: 2%;\"><b>Changement climatique \u2013 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les variations de temp\u00e9ratures, qu\u2019elles soient \u00e0 la hausse ou \u00e0 la baisse, devraient entra\u00eener <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/abs\/10.2989\/1814232X.2012.673294\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">une diminution du potentiel de capture<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dans les zones \u00e9conomiques exclusives africaines.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"margin-bottom: 2%; margin-left: 2%;\"><b>Diminution des stocks de poissons \u2013 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De nombreuses \u00e9tudes indiquent que, d\u2019ici 2050, les effets du changement climatique pourraient entra\u00eener une baisse de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/documents1.worldbank.org\/curated\/en\/280891580715878729\/pdf\/Climate-Change-and-Marine-Fisheries-in-Africa-Assessing-Vulnerability-and-Strengthening-Adaptation-Capacity.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">30 % ou plus<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> du potentiel maximal de potentiel de captures dans plusieurs pays tropicaux d\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Ouest.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d347467 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d347467\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Lutter contre la p\u00eache ill\u00e9gale, non d\u00e9clar\u00e9e et non r\u00e9glement\u00e9e dans les eaux africaines<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b90d52b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b90d52b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une gestion efficace des p\u00eaches constitue un levier essentiel pour relever les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s au secteur de la p\u00eache en Afrique. Les capacit\u00e9s limit\u00e9es de surveillance et d\u2019application des r\u00e9glementations dans de nombreux pays du continent ont permis \u00e0 la p\u00eache ill\u00e9gale, non d\u00e9clar\u00e9e et non r\u00e9glement\u00e9e (INN) de prosp\u00e9rer \u2014<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/0eb523ca-5d41-11ea-8033-fa40a0d65a98\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> repr\u00e9sentant environ 40 % des captures totales dans la r\u00e9gion<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. ouest de l\u2019Afrique<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, dans des zones o\u00f9 les syst\u00e8mes publics de suivi n\u2019avaient jusque-l\u00e0 montr\u00e9 que peu, voire aucune activit\u00e9.
