Cr\u00e9dito: Simon Ager<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cerca de 400 embarcaciones industriales extranjeras que capturan calamar participaron en actividades de pesca el mes pasado en el l\u00edmite de la zona econ\u00f3mica exclusiva (ZEE) del Per\u00fa. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es su inter\u00e9s? La pesca del calamar gigante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta pesquer\u00eda de cefal\u00f3podos representa una de las m\u00e1s grandes del mundo y alberga al <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dosidicus gigas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, tambi\u00e9n conocido como calamar gigante. Estos depredadores voraces son una especie altamente migratoria con una r\u00e1pida tasa de crecimiento y una vida corta. Su poblaci\u00f3n produce algunas de las mayores capturas a nivel mundial, con una captura media anual en los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os de<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sprfmo.int\/assets\/Meetings\/SC\/8th-SC-2020\/SC8-SQ01-rev1-clean-Squid-information-held-by-the-Secretariat.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 800,000 toneladas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y un m\u00e1ximo de 1,16 millones de toneladas en 2014. Despu\u00e9s de la anchoveta, es la segunda pesquer\u00eda<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/gestion.pe\/economia\/consumo-pota-peruana-impulsado-demanda-mercados-asiaticos-264701-noticia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> m\u00e1s importante del Per\u00fa<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde el 2018, Global Fishing Watch (GFW) <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/peru.oceana.org\/es\/prensa-e-informes\/comunicados-de-prensa\/peru-publica-informacion-satelital-de-sus-embarcaciones\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ha estado trabajando con las autoridades peruanas <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/es\/transparencia\/peru-expande-su-sistema\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fortalecer el monitoreo de embarcaciones<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y ayudar a combatir <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/peru.oceana.org\/es\/blog\/global-fishing-watch-lleva-cabo-talleres-con-autoridades-de-los-tres-principales-puertos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la pesca ilegal <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en esta valiosa pesquer\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Historia de dos flotas calamareras<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El calamar dentro de la ZEE del Per\u00fa es capturado por una flota artesanal compuesta de aproximadamente 2.500 embarcaciones cuya actividad pesquera se extiende desde 4 a 18 grados de latitud norte, principalmente en aguas peruanas. En ocasiones, las embarcaciones artesanales peruanas viajan fuera de las <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 millas n\u00e1uticas<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> donde se encuentran con la flota calamarera industrial asi\u00e1tica, que comprende aproximadamente 400 embarcaciones con banderas de China, Rep\u00fablica de Corea y la entidad pesquera de Taiw\u00e1n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mientras que las embarcaciones artesanales peruanas se construyen de madera y utilizan l\u00edneas de pesca manuales con 2-3 luces para atraer calamares a la superficie,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> las embarcaciones industriales asi\u00e1ticas est\u00e1n construidas de acero naval, por lo general pesan entre 800-1000 toneladas brutas, y <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">est\u00e1n equipadas con <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">jiggers<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> automatizados y hasta 150 l\u00e1mparas incandescentes que <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=9bM1jVQPY14\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">generan luz intensa <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que pueden ser detectadas por las <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/satelite.imarpe.gob.pe\/uprsig\/luminosidad\/luminosidad.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">im\u00e1genes satelitales nocturnas <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y tambi\u00e9n se muestran en la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/map\/workspace\/udw-v2-11817948-56d3-47bc-aaf2-5d1062c90b76\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">capa de luz nocturna<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del mapa de GFW.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_11769\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11769\" style=\"width: 800px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11769\" src=\"https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Figura-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Figura-1-1.jpg 800w, https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Figura-1-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Figura-1-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Figura-1-1-50x33.jpg 50w, https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Figura-1-1-200x133.jpg 200w, https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Figura-1-1-400x267.jpg 400w, https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Figura-1-1-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-11769\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Embarcaci\u00f3n artesanal peruana capturando calamares gigantes con l\u00edneas de mano o poteras operadas manualmente. Cr\u00e9dito: Carlos Guti\u00e9rrez<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pesquer\u00eda de calamar gigante es gestionada por la Organizaci\u00f3n Regional de Ordenaci\u00f3n Pesquera del Pac\u00edfico Sur (OROP-PS), cuya \u00e1rea de la convenci\u00f3n se extiende desde los 67 hasta los 120 grados de latitud oeste a lo largo de las costas de Ecuador, Per\u00fa y Chile.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante el 2019, un total de 707 embarcaciones de calamar de aguas distantes con bandera de China, la Rep\u00fablica de Corea y la entidad pesquera de Taiw\u00e1n &#8211; China con la mayor flota &#8211; fueron registradas y recibieron autorizaci\u00f3n para pescar calamar gigante en alta mar. De estas embarcaciones, un total de 544 pescaban activamente calamar gigante. Seg\u00fan el Informe de 2019 del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sprfmo.int\/assets\/Meetings\/SC\/8th-SC-2020\/SC8-SQ01-rev1-clean-Squid-information-held-by-the-Secretariat.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comit\u00e9 Cient\u00edfico de la OROP-PS<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, 516 ten\u00edan bandera de China, 17 de la Rep\u00fablica de Corea y 11 de la entidad pesquera de Taiw\u00e1n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El n\u00famero de buques pesqueros activos con bandera China que operan en zonas reguladas por la OROP-PS ha aumentado aproximadamente en un 400 por ciento en nueve a\u00f1os; de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">104<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> buques en 2010 a 264 en 2014, y 516 buques en 2019. Los 516 buques calamareros chinos capturaron un total de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sprfmo.int\/assets\/Meetings\/SC\/8th-SC-2020\/SC8-SQ01-rev1-clean-Squid-information-held-by-the-Secretariat.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">305,700 toneladas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en alta mar en 2019, en comparaci\u00f3n con las 2.500 embarcaciones artesanales peruanas que capturaron en el mismo a\u00f1o <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/ogeiee.produce.gob.pe\/index.php\/shortcode\/oee-documentos-publicaciones\/boletines-pesca\/item\/876-2019-diciembre-boletin-del-sector-pesquero\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">494,000 toneladas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en aguas nacionales. El crecimiento significativo del esfuerzo pesquero por parte de la flota calamarera china es un tema que ya se viene discutiendo en las \u00faltimas <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sprfmo.int\/assets\/Meetings\/05-Workshop-Reports\/SPRFMO-SCW8-Report-2019.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reuniones de la OROP-PS<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Mapeo de la ruta anual de la flota calamarera\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El patr\u00f3n anual de la flota calamarera asi\u00e1tica muestra una variedad de operaciones de pesca <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> los oc\u00e9anos del Pac\u00edfico Sur y Atl\u00e1ntico Sur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aproximadamente desde enero hasta abril de 2020, parte de la flota calamarera operaba en una zona al este del l\u00edmite de la ZEE de las Islas Gal\u00e1pagos \u2013 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/map\/workspace\/udw-v2-455b76d7-3793-4060-839a-2b41df4fbea4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">un caladero de pesca desde 2017<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; mientras que la otra parte de la flota operaba en <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/map\/workspace\/udw-v2-719a687e-f79d-4c81-b431-d79071d4973f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">alta mar frente Argentina<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. En mayo, ambas flotas de calamar abandonaron sus respectivos caladeros. Los buques alrededor de la frontera de la ZEE de las Islas Gal\u00e1pagos comenzaron a transitar hasta el l\u00edmite de la ZEE del Per\u00fa, mientras que aquellos cercanos a las aguas argentinas partieron del Oc\u00e9ano Atl\u00e1ntico Sur y empezaron su recorrido de 4.000 millas n\u00e1uticas, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/map\/workspace\/udw-v2-fac2d017-f9f6-4919-a566-e67144434284\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pasando a trav\u00e9s de Estrecho de Magallanes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hacia el Oc\u00e9ano Pac\u00edfico Sur. Es all\u00ed, a lo largo de la ZEE peruana, que ambos grupos de barcos se reunieron para formar una flota gigante.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De mayo a septiembre, aproximadamente 350 buques se trasladaron a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/map\/workspace\/udw-v2-49fb5f25-a829-4043-9c59-e4ff135f2089\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aguas internacionales<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> entre la ZEE de las Islas Gal\u00e1pagos y la ZEE ecuatoriana, hacia el \u00e1rea de alta mar situada al sur de las <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gal\u00e1pagos<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, y luego a lo largo del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/map\/workspace\/udw-v2-8e9a94dc-451b-40e4-a295-f8085ad42381\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u00edmite sur de la ZEE peruana<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (entre las Islas Desventuradas y la ZEE de Chile).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pero rastrear los buques es solamente un componente de la transparencia. Monitorear la captura es otro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mientras que las embarcaciones artesanales peruanas tienen una duraci\u00f3n media de viaje de 5-10 d\u00edas y deben regresar a puerto para descargar el calamar, las embarcaciones de calamar asi\u00e1ticos no necesitan transitar de regreso a sus puertos de origen gracias a una actividad llamada <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pewtrusts.org\/en\/research-and-analysis\/articles\/2018\/02\/global-transshipment\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">transbordo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. El transbordo, o la transferencia de capturas de un buque pesquero a un buque de carga refrigerado, tambi\u00e9n conocido como reefer, permite a la flota calamarera asi\u00e1tica transportar sus capturas desde la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/e7bd4094-ff34-11e6-96f8-3700c5664d30\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">alta mar peruana hasta los puertos chinos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para su procesamiento &#8211; un recorrido de 11.000 millas n\u00e1uticas &#8211; sin tener que dejar los caladeros.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_11777\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11777\" style=\"width: 800px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11777\" src=\"https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ruta-del-camalar_2020_ESP.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"634\" srcset=\"https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ruta-del-camalar_2020_ESP.jpg 800w, https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ruta-del-camalar_2020_ESP-300x238.jpg 300w, https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ruta-del-camalar_2020_ESP-768x609.jpg 768w, https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ruta-del-camalar_2020_ESP-50x40.jpg 50w, https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ruta-del-camalar_2020_ESP-200x159.jpg 200w, https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ruta-del-camalar_2020_ESP-400x317.jpg 400w, https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ruta-del-camalar_2020_ESP-600x476.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-11777\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Ruta de la flota calamarera asi\u00e1tica entre el Oc\u00e9ano Pac\u00edfico y el Oc\u00e9ano Atl\u00e1ntico Sur. \u00a9 Global Fishing Watch<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3><b>Buscando puertos para monitorear la flota de alta mar<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La flota calamarera asi\u00e1tica que opera en estas aguas utiliza <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">los puertos peruanos<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de Chimbote y Callao, as\u00ed como Montevideo en Uruguay, como sus principales puntos para el reabastecimiento, mantenimiento y cambio de tripulaci\u00f3n. Las preocupaciones con respecto a la pesca ilegal, no declarada y no reglamentada (INDNR) se han relacionado con la flota de calamar industrial que opera en alta mar. Algunos de los riesgos potenciales incluyen el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/repositorio.lamolina.edu.pe\/bitstream\/handle\/20.500.12996\/3863\/aroni-sulca-eloy.pdf?sequence=1&amp;isAllowed=y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reporte inexacto de la captura<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y la posible <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/gestion.pe\/peru\/fiscalia-incauta-barco-chino-19-toneladas-pota-extraidas-permiso-248195-noticia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pesca no autorizada<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dentro de la ZEE del Per\u00fa &#8211; un riesgo que ha sido evidenciado por Argentina a trav\u00e9s de casos como el buque de bandera China <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/revistapuerto.com.ar\/2020\/05\/el-potero-chino-que-se-fugo-fondeara-hoy-en-madryn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LU YONG YUAN YU 668<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a principios de este a\u00f1o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La supervisi\u00f3n robusta de la flota industrial tambi\u00e9n se ve obstaculizada por la falta de transparencia. Global Fishing Watch ha identificado una <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/map\/workspace\/udw-v2-eb27e6e7-f7b3-4fde-a3fb-8e718acb2fc0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">serie de casos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que involucran buques no identificados que difundieron informaci\u00f3n AIS inconsistente, buques que <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/map\/workspace\/udw-v2-0057230d-6a67-4640-a313-24015637a1d9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">desactivaron sus <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dispositivos de monitoreo cerca de los l\u00edmites de la ZEE, y buques que manipularon sus datos AIS para transmitir <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/data\/when-vessels-report-false-locations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ubicaciones falsas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gracias al Acuerdo de Medidas del Estado rector del puerto (AMERP), un tratado internacional destinado a evitar que las capturas INDNR se desembarquen en el puerto &#8211; Per\u00fa y Uruguay pueden investigar a los barcos extranjeros que visitan sus puertos por sospechas de actividad de pesca INDNR. Esto brinda la mejor oportunidad de garantizar que los buques cumplan con las regulaciones internacionales y tambi\u00e9n permite a las autoridades portuarias inspeccionar buques que no son transparentes o no emiten continuamente en AIS.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Nuevas medidas de las autoridades peruanas\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per\u00fa ha comenzado a implementar regulaciones en la pesquer\u00eda de calamar, no s\u00f3lo dentro de su flota artesanal, sino tambi\u00e9n entre la flota calamarera extranjera que opera en alta mar y utiliza sus puertos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En marzo de 2019, fue aprobada la resoluci\u00f3n ministerial <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/busquedas.elperuano.pe\/normaslegales\/modifican-reglamento-del-sistema-de-seguimiento-satelital-pa-resolucion-ministerial-n-069-2019-produce-1745974-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No. 069-2019-PRODUCE<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, un proceso de formalizaci\u00f3n que requiere la instalaci\u00f3n de sistemas de monitoreo de buques (VMS) entre la flota artesanal calamarera, permitiendo a la flota <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/es\/transparencia\/peru-expande-su-sistema\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aparecer por primera vez<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en el radar global.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un segundo reglamento, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/busquedas.elperuano.pe\/normaslegales\/decreto-supremo-que-modifica-el-decreto-supremo-n-016-2016-decreto-supremo-n-016-2020-produce-1880165-6\/#:~:text=Descargar%20Contenido%20en-,Decreto%20Supremo%20que%20modifica%20el%20Decreto%20Supremo%20N%C2%B0%20016,o%20transfronterizos%20en%20alta%20mar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No. 016-2020-PRODUCE<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, publicado en agosto de 2020, exige que los buques extranjeros est\u00e9n equipados con dispositivos VMS si desean utilizar puertos peruanos para labores de mantenimiento, reabastecimiento de combustible o cambio de tripulaci\u00f3n. De acuerdo con este nuevo reglamento, que ayuda a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.pe\/institucion\/produce\/noticias\/296383-gobierno-establece-que-barcos-de-bandera-extranjera-deben-contar-con-sistema-de-seguimiento-satelital-para-ingresar-a-puertos-peruanos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fortalecer el monitoreo y control<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de la flota asi\u00e1tica de calamares que opera fuera de las aguas peruanas, buques como el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/globalfishingwatch.org\/map\/workspace\/udw-v2-d09e808e-61cf-42b2-92eb-80ad82ab91c7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">YUAN SHENG 6<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que recientemente utiliz\u00f3 servicios portuarios en Callao, deber\u00e1n iniciar el proceso de adquisici\u00f3n de un sistema de seguimiento satelital compatible con el Ministerio de Producci\u00f3n de Per\u00fa, o PRODUCE, para ingresar nuevamente a los puertos peruanos. Ning\u00fan buque de calamar extranjero que decida utilizar los puertos de Per\u00fa escapar\u00e1 de la mirada de las autoridades peruanas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Navegando hacia la transparencia\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per\u00fa est\u00e1 tomando los pasos necesarios para incrementar<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.pe\/institucion\/produce\/noticias\/61260-produce-peru-ha-demostrado-liderazgo-global-en-compartir-sus-datos-de-vigilancia-pesquera\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> la transparencia en sus aguas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
