Complete a basic search by clicking on the search icon (magnifying glass) in the Vessels section on the left sidebar of your screen and typing a vessel name in the search bar. You can also search by other vessel identifying information (MMSI number, IMO number and call sign).
To access advanced search options, login into your Global Fishing Watch account (free, two minutes to register). Once logged in, click ‘Advanced’ to narrow your results by different criteria like source, flag and active dates (period when the vessel was actively transmitting positions).
Once you find the vessels you are looking for, you can select one or more vessels. Click ‘See vessels’ to add the vessel track(s) to the map.
